In her operations role, Ms. Taylor oversees organization-wide finance and capital projects. As Managing Director, she is responsible for a cross-functional team of nearly 20 professionals who foster positive neighborhood change through community planning and plan implementation, real estate development, and urban agriculture. Ms. Taylor’s recent work includes funding and managing Trenton’s first city-wide vacant property inventory and the creation of the city’s first open data platform to publish property information at www.restoringtrenton.org; leading a city-wide planning process to develop the plan for Trenton’s first arts district; and facilitating the redevelopment of 11 abandoned buildings into 28 affordable apartments and a new coffee shop, which has proved to be a catalyst for further redevelopment in Trenton.
